Veeam published the upgrade rules from VMCE v7 & VMCE v8 certification to VMCE v9. VMCE 8 Certified Engineers will be provided, with a specific restricted access, to the free “What’s new V9” course online on the Veeam.com website. Then they will automatically upgrade their status to VMCE v9 once completed!
VMCE 7 certified engineers who did not upgrade to VMCE v8 will exceptionally be provided with a free “What’s new V9” online course. These students will then need to pass the VMCE 9 proctored exam at an available Pearson Vue test center to upgrade their certificate from VMCE v7 to VMCE v9. This must occur in the allowable certification maintenance time according to the certification rules below. Good luck. 🙂
