Veeam CDP and Application consistency

Veeam CDP (Continuous Data Protection) is one of my best new feature in Veeam Availability Suite 11 (Veeam Backup & Replication v11), it provides better SLAs for end-users by using new VMware technology. Veeam CDP (without snapshots) – VMware continuous data protection to reduce RPOs from minutes to seconds. It leverages VMware’s VAIO framework to reliably intercept and redirect VM I/O to the replica without a need to create standard VM snapshots. Maintain consistency between applications and data for precise and predictable recovery is the challenge of this new functionality! Veeam improves the engine in version 11

Veeam is getting really close to shipping their v11 platform update. As usual, the first thing Veeam will do is share the RTM build with all of their partners, to give them some time to get acquainted with the new versions before they become generally available in a few weeks. Level up your Microsoft Office 365 Security

Last year, I had the opportunity to participate in a live session in French as official Varonis Speaker about Microsoft 365 Security (Varonis Elite member) at aOS Nice 2020 with Mickaël Lopes (Cyber Security Pre Sales Engineer @ Varonis). Fr Veeam User Group… is born!

A few weeks ago, we announced our first Fr Veeam User Group (France) meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday 11th February 2021 (online).
