Veeam has already shared the RTM build with all of their partners a few weeks ago. Veeam did this to let their partners familiarize themselves with the new version, and ensure Day 0 support of v10 in their offerings. And last week, we started offering v10 to select customers through our Customer Support as a part of staged, controlled rollout, what we call the Early Availability phase. The only restriction is that you cannot be using Veeam Cloud Connect, as our service providers are not yet ready to accept v10 workloads.
